Mobilcom Debuts O3SIS' Synchronization Services for Consumer Mobile Phones at World Cup in Germany

O3SIS enables Mobilcom to launch first over-the-air calendar synchronization service to alert customers on upcoming soccer games via cellular phones

SACRAMENTO, USA, May 15, 2006 - O3SIS AG, a leading provider of personal mobile applications and Over-the-Air data synchronization (DS) technology for first tier mobile network operators, today announced that Mobilcom has launched O3SIS' innovative mobile data synchronization service to its subscribers.

Mobilcom, a leading German virtual mobile network operator (MVNO), will offer O3SIS' SyncML products including contacts and calendar synchronization between mobile devices, PCs, and the Mobilcom Web service. As incentive to its subscribers to sign-up for the new service, Mobilcom will include a unique, free feature which automatically makes available all dates and starting times of the 64 World Cup soccer games directly on the mobile device and desktop PC.

O3SIS offers the industry's most advanced, end-to-end SyncML solution which enables Mobilcom and other mobile network providers to offer over-the-air synchronization for business users and consumers on a full range of handsets.
