Background 
Founded 1996 in Germany by Bernd Rützel, Ute Heymann, and Dirk Dörre, O3SIS AG has initially been focusing on research and development of small-footprint, high performance middleware connecting "thin client" devices to application servers via IP networks. In 1999, the emergence of the mobile data market and the business opportunities identified therein made the company focus its technology and business to become a leading provider of personal mobile data applications and enabling technology to mobile network operators.
The O3SIS management team today combines many decades of business experience and technology expertise with an in-depth knowledge of the international telecoms industry. It has a proven track record in achieving targets and securing business through technology leadership, and in delivering most advanced solutions for today's and future mobile data markets.
