In 1992, he put together an international team porting all of Quadratron's UNIX sources to Microsoft operating systems, producing a client / Server software deployed nationwide by one of the UK's largest financial institutions. In parallel, Dirk was responsible for building up and leading the Quadratron R&D operations in Germany.
While serving as O3SIS CTO from 1996, Dirk was responsible for the development and design of the O3SIS Unified Mobile Applications platform, as well as for building the R&D department. Dirk was appointed O3SIS CEO in 2006 to lead the next phase of O3SIS growth.
